The Event Logs feature is introduced under the Monitoring & Reports tab. It enables export of logs in plain text file format to help in analyzing the different CCC critical events. Administrator users can export three types of logs:

• Monitoring Log

• Server Log

• Operations Log

  The Events Log feature enables administrator users to analyze the exported log files in offline mode.

Exporting Event Log

To export an event log:

1. Click the Monitoring & Reports tab, and select Event Logs in the navigation frame. The list of logs is displayed in a table that includes columns carrying the following details:

   Log Type	Specifies the type of logs stored in CCC.
   Date	Specifies the date when the logs are stored.
   Name	Specifies the name of the log files.
   Size	Specifies the size of the log files.

   The logs list displays all the logs stored in CCC. The logs list is paginated and it displays up to 21 logs per page.

2. Click the download icon to initiate the download process for that log file.

To filter by log type

1. Click Filter log types. You will see a drop down menu with three options:

   • Monitoring

   • Server

   • Operations

2. Select one of the three options. The logs list is filtered based on the selected option.
